Uma Metodologia de Pr-Despacho AC com Base em um Modelo de FPO Newton

Resumo:
Este trabalho prope uma nova formulao para o problema de Pr-Despacho (PD) que visa incorporar no problema as restries associadas parte reativa do sistema de transmisso. O modelo de PD subdividido nos sub-modelos de Pr-Despacho Ativo (PDA) e Reativo (PDR). No PDA, procura-se estabelecer uma gerao ativa inicial atravs de um modelo de PD tradicional. No PDR, o pr-despacho proposto pelo PDA avaliado do ponto de vista reativo, atravs do modelo de Fluxo de Potncia timo (FPO) Newton proposto. O modelo de PDR constitudo de T problemas de FPO, que so resolvidos separadamente mas de maneira incremental, fazendo um acompanhamento de carga entre intervalos consecutivos, o que diminui consideravelmente o tempo de avaliao reativa do problema de PDR como um todo. Caso seja necessrio, o PDR capaz de propor redespachos na gerao ativa, de modo a contornar problemas reativos nos intervalos crticos (nos quais todos os recursos reativos j foram utilizados, e ainda assim persistem os problemas reativos). A formulao e a metodologia de soluo proposta avaliada no sistema IEEE30 em dois estudos de caso e tem se mostrado bastante robusta no que diz respeito incorporao da parte reativa ao problema de PD.

Abstract:
This paper proposes a new formulation to the Predispatch (PD) problem aiming to incorporate constraints associated to the reactive portion of the transmission system. The proposed PD model is subdivided in the Active (PDA) and Reactive (PDR) Predispatch models. PDA model establishes an initial active generation predispatch through a traditional PD model. In the PDR the predispatch proposed by the PDA model is evaluated from the voltage/reactive points of view, through the proposed non-linear Newton Optimal Power Flow (OPF). The PDR is formulated as a sequence of T OPF problems, solved separately but taking into load tracking between consecutive time intervals. This approach considerably diminishes computational effort to perform the reactive analysis of the PDR problem as a whole. When necessary, the PDR model is capable of proposing redispatches in the active generation, such that critical reactive problems (in which all reactive sources have been insufficient to control the reactive problems) can be overcome. The formulation and solution methodology proposed are evaluated in the IEEE30 system in two case studies. These studies show that the methodology is robust enough to incorporate the reactive aspects to the PD problem.
